On-time in-full by period.
Use it to track delivery performance. Enter orders, on-time, in-full and on-time-in-full counts by period, and it charts OTIF against your target.
Use ISO months (2026-07). Paste five columns from Excel.
OTIF % = orders on time and in full ÷ total orders. On-time % and in-full % are shown separately so you can see which one is dragging the result.
OTIF measures the percentage of orders (or lines) delivered on the agreed date and in the full quantity.
OTIF % = orders delivered on time and in full ÷ total orders × 100.
Of 240 orders in a month, 18 were late and 9 were short (3 were both), so 216 were OTIF: 90%. Most misses came from one supplier's late raw material.
On Time In Full: delivered on the agreed date in the full ordered quantity.
Line-level OTIF is more sensitive and common in distribution. Order-level OTIF reflects the customer's experience.
It depends on the industry, but many businesses target 95% or higher.
